Delivery Options Overview
To keep things simple we offer 2 delivery options:
- For all smaller items there is just a £14.99 charge for next day delivery via tracked courier.
- For our larger items, such as Fire Suites, there is a £69.99 delivery charge for a pallet delivery due to their size.
1. Browse our selection of products, place your order. Your delivery method will be automatically be chosen based on products purchased.
2. You will recieve an order confirmation email letting you know we have got your order. We will then be in contact to arrange delivery and once confirmed we will send full tracking details and a copy of your invoice.
3. Sit back and wait for your DB Techs delivery to arrive.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.
Simply let us know within 14 days by email (returns@dbtechs.uk) and we will be happy to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
